Why use a travel agent instead of booking online?

For a simple trip you have done before, you may not need one. Where we add value is judgement: we check the things the booking sites do not show, like which rooms are above the bar, whether the kids' club actually runs in May, and whether the cheap flight time quietly costs you a night of your holiday. You also get one phone number when something goes wrong, held by people who know your booking, instead of a chatbot queue. And because of the trust account and our ATOL, the protection is usually stronger than a pile of separate online bookings.
