How does booking work, start to finish?

You tell us what you are dreaming of, by the enquiry form, a message or a call. We ask a few questions, then send you a written proposal with options, prices, and the drawbacks of each option stated plainly. When you are happy, you pay a deposit, we confirm everything in writing, and the balance is due on the date shown on your confirmation. Before you travel you get your documents and a proper rundown of what to expect. During the trip, we are on the end of the phone.
