Protected, and explained plainly.

Our own ATOL

WheatleyWorldwide Ltd holds ATOL 12956, granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. It authorises us to sell and advertise flight-only, single-contract package and multi-contract package holidays. When we organise an eligible flight-inclusive package, your ATOL Certificate names WheatleyWorldwide Ltd as the holder.

Operator packages

When we sell a package from TUI, Jet2holidays, easyJet holidays or another ATOL holder as agent, that operator's ATOL protects the booking and their name and ATOL number appear on your confirmation and certificate.

Every payment in trust

We are Travel Trust Association member X6411. Every payment you make to us is held in the TTA Trust Account until it is needed to pay for your travel arrangements or refund you. The TTA also issues a Stand Alone Safe Seat Plan Guarantee per passenger at the time of payment, protecting against the fraud or dishonesty of a TTA member up to £11,000 per person.

Not everything is ATOL protected

Accommodation-only bookings, transfers, car hire, excursions and some flight-only arrangements are not ATOL protected. We tell you plainly what protection applies to your specific booking before you pay.

Who your contract is with

Where we act as agent arranging travel provided by another supplier or ATOL holder, your contract is with that supplier and their booking conditions apply; we always give you those before you commit. Where we organise a package ourselves, your contract is with WheatleyWorldwide Ltd under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Your confirmation invoice states which applies.

Complaints

If something goes wrong while you are away, tell the supplier immediately so they can try to put it right, and contact us using the details above. After travel, write to us within 28 days with your booking reference and we will take it up on your behalf.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
