What is the difference between agent and organiser?

It decides who your contract is with, so we always state it on your confirmation. When we sell you a Jet2holidays, easyJet holidays or TUI package, we act as agent: your contract is with the operator and their booking conditions set the deposits and cancellation terms. When we build the package ourselves, flights, hotels and transfers combined by us, we are the organiser: your contract is with us under the Package Travel Regulations 2018 and our ATOL 12956 protects it.
