Where are you based, and can we talk to a real person?

We are in Tadcaster, North Yorkshire, between York and Leeds, and yes: when you call 07877 146070 you get Beth or Si, the two people who own the business and plan the trips. No call centre, no ticket queue. Most of our clients are in Yorkshire and we are happy to talk anything through on the phone or by video call wherever you are.
