Quickly, and we say so if it will take longer. A straightforward package comparison usually comes back within a day or two; a complex multi-stop itinerary takes longer because we check every part of it rather than forwarding brochure copy. Either way we tell you when to expect it when you enquire, and if something slows us down, you hear that from us, not silence.
